It shows you the 'welcome to the forum' and stuff. It's between the forum and the Shout box.

Well everything's in the 'admin' section, and you just follow the directions, which isn't much.

Making a board is actually quite easy.
There are all sorts of help guides as well if you get confused!

Ah well, I'm an admin of a new site, with my friend Lola. So I think I've got the hang of the whole Admin thing, now. ;D
